First-time residential cleans are deep cleans, and deep cleans start at $299. Sunshine also has a $200 minimum service charge. To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. Payment options include card, Zelle, and Cash App.
Recurring clients receive $15 off, which makes ongoing maintenance more affordable after the first detailed reset. Many homeowners start with a deep clean and then move into weekly, biweekly, or monthly service so the home stays manageable.
