Standard / Recurring
Best for homes already being maintained and clients who want dependable ongoing care.
- Make beds with client-provided clean linens
- Dust accessible furniture, shelves, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Clean kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors
- Empty trash in cleaned areas
Exclusions: No deep scrubbing, no cleaning of baseboards, doors, or inside cabinets.
Laundry and interior appliances are not included.
Initial / Deep Clean
For first-time clients, seasonal refreshes, or homes that need more than routine upkeep.
- Detailed baseboards, doors, frames, and reachable trim
- Reachable ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, and switch plates
- Extra attention to dust, grime, grease, and normal buildup
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Bathroom grout and tile attention where needed
- Accessible areas beneath and behind furniture or appliances
Interior appliances, interior windows, and cabinet interiors are available as add-ons.
Detailed Deep / Heavy Reset
For heavier buildup, neglected areas, or a home that needs substantially more detailed care.
- More extensive detail work in buildup-prone areas
- Additional attention to grease, soap scum, and stuck-on residue
- More thorough baseboard, door, and edge detailing
- Focused bathroom buildup and grout detail
- Extra time for neglected or high-detail areas

Move-In / Move-Out
For empty-home transitions, fresh starts, final walkthroughs, and turnover-ready spaces.
- Detailed cleaning of empty-home surfaces and accessible areas
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms, fixtures, tile, floors, and buildup-prone areas
- Doors, trim, reachable vents, closets, pantry, and utility areas
